Luis was exceptional- welcoming, skilled, and attentive. I offered input while seeking advice. This establishment is not a mere assembly line. Being of African descent but having spent the majority of my life in Europe and fluent in French, I am accustomed to the collaborative European ambiance. However, I find the shop to be inclusive and not unwelcoming to non-Europeans. Being in a well-maintained neighborhood barbershop is fantastic. The staff prioritize cleanliness, maintain a warm yet professional atmosphere, and what matters most to me- each barber has red sharps containers at their stations for changing razor blades after each use and proper disposal. After a decade of trying different barbershops, I have finally found my place.
I have been a loyal customer of Irvin for many years now and have always entrusted him with my hair. Although he is quite busy nowadays, all the other barbers exhibit the same level of talent and trustworthiness. The establishment is spotless and exudes a consistently inviting ambiance. The shampoo was especially refreshing on a scorching day. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. It's local and welcoming.
