I visited this nail salon for a Halloween party prep recently. I displayed a photo of the design I desired, but requested shorter nails than shown. They assured me it would still turn out well. And let me tell you... they were absolutely PERFECT!!!! The team was incredibly welcoming, and the owner's multitasking skills were truly impressive! He managed to work on my nails, answer calls, and assist walk-in clients seamlessly! Every visitor was promptly attended to after just a short wait. I was amazed, as many salons I've visited lately have had long wait times. I've found my new go-to nail salon and will definitely return as a loyal customer!
My initial visit here and I explained precisely what I wanted. A French design with powder, but I prefer my powder applied with a brush rather than dipping. The technician who specializes in that seemed insistent on doing my nails her way. She used the powder brush for the base and applied the French design with gel, sprinkling glitter on top (uneven and terrible). I showed a simple snowflake design I wanted, but the owner insisted on using stickers that were supposed to melt under UV light, which didn't work. Lastly, I requested two of my nails to be clear, but she said it couldn't be done, and instead made them French with snowflakes on top (I don't understand why she couldn't add 2 new nails to fulfill my request). My gel nails are chipping, and the snowflake design appears poorly attached. My technician seemed clueless on how to fix it and offered a $5 discount as a solution lol. Not recommended.
