I'm thrilled we decided to try out this spa for a massage. The massage itself was top-notch, and the pricing was fair. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was so welcoming. I appreciated that they didn't pressure us for tips beforehand.
I've visited twice during lunch hours, and they only have one therapist available. If she's occupied, they have to call in another person, which they only mention once you're already on the table. I left after waiting for 15 minutes with no one showing up. Transparency is key - just let me schedule an appointment. It feels quite disorganized here, and they struggle to handle more than one client at a time.
They demanded payment upfront, which was off-putting. The massage itself was fantastic, but they insisted on a mandatory $40 tip, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. We felt trapped and pressured to comply. Despite the quality of the massage, the experience left a bitter taste, and I won't be returning.
