I had an appointment booked with Lilly Ramos for highlights and a root touch-up. She was dependable, well-versed in dealing with my hair type and color. She also suggested hair care tips that I appreciated. The assistant who washed my hair was delightful, offering a soothing head massage during the process. I am excited to return for a blowout!
I visited a salon today and left feeling satisfied with my hair. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I will definitely return. They even managed to fit in my child for their first haircut. I highly recommend this place.
AVOID THIS PLACE. I went in for a prom hairstyle. I had sent pictures in advance and reiterated my desired look when I arrived. Unfortunately, my hair turned out nothing like the picture and fell apart after just 15 minutes of dancing at prom. It only took 30 minutes to do my hair, yet I was charged $100. To put it in perspective, I pay $110 for highlights. I reached out via email twice with no response. Thank you, la cutz, for ruining my senior prom with both the disappointing outcome and the exorbitant price. Extremely unprofessional.
