I have experienced several massages here and have been satisfied each time. My recent Swedish massage with Jordan was exceptional. They displayed great skill and focus throughout the session, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed. The ambiance is serene and soothing, with the gentle sound of flowing water blending with the tranquil spa music and aromatherapy. The soothing scalp massage was heavenly! The prices are very reasonable, and the services far surpass those of a typical chain spa. Don't hesitate, make a reservation at Cloud 9!
Around 9:00 in the morning, I scheduled a facial online for 2:00 that day. I arranged for someone to care for my child, eagerly anticipating some personal relaxation time. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I did not have an appointment. It had not been "approved" - "sorry." Yet, on my phone, clear evidence of my appointment, its purpose, and the service provider was visible. The receptionist was unhelpful and simply stated, "yeah, sorry, it needs approval." So, I wasted my time driving there, arranging childcare, only to be turned away. The customer service was abysmal. I made the appointment at 9 am, and no one bothered to contact me about any issues?! Why allow online bookings if this is the result? Highly disappointing for a new parent in need of relaxation time.
That was the most incredible massage I have ever experienced. The therapist was absolutely fantastic, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa was stunning! When I return to town, I will definitely be booking another massage with them!
