This place is a disaster. My 12-year-old son's hair got completely ruined. It's so uneven now. It's like two different people worked on it. We'll have to go somewhere else to fix it. He's not happy because he hates short hair, but at least it will be even. His hair was long before this mess.
I had a haircut and eyebrow waxing yesterday. During the waxing, the person kept rubbing under my brows to remove the wax. It was excruciatingly painful. When she stopped, I think she realized she had rubbed off my skin and the wax had burned it. She applied some Neosporin and was ready for payment. The next day, I have raw wounds under both eyebrows. I hope I don't end up with scars from this. The pain is unbearable. I'm at a loss for words. Avoid getting your brows waxed here unless you want your skin rubbed off and enduring relentless pain. I regularly wax my brows and never had such a reaction due to my non-sensitive skin.
I've been coming here for haircuts for about 2 years. I've seen different stylists each time as I usually book last minute. I've had cuts from Paige, Christa, Tina, and Kay multiple times, and they always do a fantastic job. The only bad experience I had was with a new stylist. I have fine hair but a lot of it, and the cut was terrible, though I didn't notice until I got home. I called the next day and they asked me to come in right away. Christa, who I believe is the owner or manager, took photos, and Tina fixed it up (I wasn't charged as per their policy). It took a few more cuts to fix the layers completely, but all the stylists were aware of the situation and the look I wanted. They did an amazing job getting me back to normal. I'm not upset about the bad cut; everyone has off days. What's remarkable is the consistent great service I've received from Christa, Tina, Kay, and Paige over the years. Thankfully, we have family nearby, so I have no plans to go anywhere else, even if we're 3 hours away.
