I have frequented this store multiple times, and while the employee can be pleasant, I believe in not judging others for their behavior as we all have our off days. However, I prefer to simply grab my items and leave. I have visited twice and both experiences were disappointing. Today I received a pedicure and there was no foot scrubbing done, despite it being included in the pedicure service. When I inquired, she quickly ran a pumice stone over my feet once and that was all. My nails still had rough edges when she began painting them, and she did not even paint the entire nail. I am not usually particular about these things but this was the second time it was unsatisfactory. It was a complete waste of money as I will have to redo them myself. Additionally, I observed that they were more attentive to their "regular" clients, showing less care towards new clients. The pricing was exorbitant during my recent visit, and my nails started coming off after just 2 weeks. The individual who worked on them clearly lacked expertise in French tips, resulting in uneven and bulky nails. I was charged $66 for a set that should have cost $30. Despite reaching out to address my concerns, I have not received a response. Hair Treatment. During my visit to Dallas, I encountered an experienced female hairstylist. She mentioned that the previous stylist had experimented with a hair treatment technique called "Texturizing" without seeking my consent. This method involved using a razor to thin and layer my hair down to the roots. The stylists informed me that it might take years for my hair to fully recover from this treatment. I had a fantastic experience at this salon. With small nail beds, I've struggled to find a place that doesn't accidentally cut my cuticles while filing. The technician was gentle and considerate, delivering a relaxing and top-notch service. The pricing is fair as well.
