I have visited twice and both experiences were disappointing. Today I received a pedicure and there was no foot scrubbing done, despite it being included in the pedicure service. When I inquired, she quickly ran a pumice stone over my feet once and that was all. My nails still had rough edges when she began painting them, and she did not even paint the entire nail. I am not usually particular about these things but this was the second time it was unsatisfactory. It was a complete waste of money as I will have to redo them myself. Additionally, I observed that they were more attentive to their "regular" clients, showing less care towards new clients. Not the most effective business approach.
I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my nails, a quick and painless job well executed.
